Release your fears and anxiety

We all experience fears and anxiety from time to time.
Try this short visualization to help release them.

1.Acknowledge the fear.
2.Imagine this fear is a caged bird.
3.Check it's colour, it's shape, and it's call or song.
4.Now open the cage and release the bird.
5.Watch it fly into the distance,and feel the fear and anxiety fly away eith it.
