Aromatherapy and Stress

I have found that over a period of prolonged stress or anxiety that the calming properties of Lavender, along with the uplifting and antidepressant effect of Bergamot will combine as a potent way to dispel stress.

Carry a bottle of these combined essential oils with you and inhale whenever you need throughout the day.

When used in combination with ">guided meditation the effect will be multiplied many times over.
