How To Gain A Flatter Stomach With Self-Massage
I can vouch that this really works, as I have been practicing this for the past 3 weeks and am already noticing an improvement.
You can do this massage in the morning before you rise (it will also help relax and centre you for the coming day) and again before you sleep.
Make sure your hands are warm by rubbing them together for a few seconds (this also increases your healing energy.)
With one hand (whichever feels right for you) begin at your navel and massage slowly yet firmly outwards in ever widening circles to cover the area from your pubic bone to below your lower ribs. Continue massaging for approximately 2 to 3 minutes repeating the circles. And that's it!
Note: Use a little massage oil such as Sweet Almond oil for this massage.
