Improve your sleep patterns!

Sleep is something we may all have problems with at some point in our lives.
Stress,emotional issues, pain can all disrupt our sleep patterns, but with the added problem of hormonal imbalances and hot flushes it can be a disaster area!
Here are some suggestions to help:

1. Always set aside some exercise time during the day.

2. Avoid coffee and alchohol after 3pm - they will stimulate you and sleep may be disrupted.

3. Eat a light evening meal, sleep may be difficult when your body is trying to digest a large amount of food.

4. De-stress with yoga, meditation, music or a foot massage.

5. A few drops of lavender or geranium on your pillow.
