Life's Little Secrets No. 10

When situations get you down and you feel irritation rising to the surface, think on the big picture and ask yourself "Will this be important in 4 weeks time?"

Then let it dissipate from your heart and mind.

I found The Five Tibetans helped me enormously with every aspect of my life. I felt calmer, more energetic and much happier. They balanced me out on every level. They take such a short amount of time for so much benefit. Around 10 mins per day once learnt - this is achievable and something I can maintain for ever.
