Self Confidence

I have been looking at my own levels of self confidence during the past few days in the light of a forthcoming assignment, recording a health and beauty segment for a new TV show, and have appreciated the support of family and friends. Their encouragement has given me a huge boost to what may otherwise have been a daunting task.
