Positive Stress
Any athlete, writer, artist or indeed anyone who has risen to greatness would not have done so without the motivation of positive stress.
So learn to accept your positive stress levels - feel energised and enjoy the feeling of wellbeing, but be prepared to keep your stress levels under control with an optimistic outlook and find some "you" time for reading, meditation, yoga or even a quiet walk in nature - your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
