Are You Exhausted By Mid-Afternoon?
How to avoid it? Try for a walk in the fresh air at lunchtime, you will be amazed at the additional energy it will generate. Eat a lunch which contains plenty of protein, and an afternoon snack of a handful of nuts (walnuts and almonds are a good choice as are pepitas and sunflower seeds). Add a banana or an apple and you will find yourself energised right through until your evening meal.
