What Is Meditation?

Many of my clients ask "What is Meditation?" Well it can take many forms:

1. Purely becoming centred, quiet and calm.

2. Breath Meditation. Here is one of the breath techniques which I use: breathing in peace and love; breathing out anxiety and stress. I find this works really well anywhere and at any given moment of the day when I need a boost and release from daily stresses.

3. Guided Meditation using gentle sounds of music or nature. This may be combined with a soothing dialogue.

There are a multitude of other forms Meditation can take: choose one which resonates with your soul and if you practise it on a regular basis you will reap untold benefits not only on a mental level but also emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and you will find ongoing joy, renewal and peace in every facet of your life.
