Exercise and increase your energy!

One of my favourite exercises is aquarobics. The benefits for my body are amazing, but my mind and my emotions gain as well, and I leave the pool relaxed and with a smile on my face. It's also a great way to meet new friends, and you can participate all year round.
Whichever exercise you choose make sure it's one you enjoy and multiply it's benefits tenfold!

Three months ago I began a class in aquasize (water aerobics) and I agree it is so rewarding--cardio exercise, stretching, strength training and fellowship--what a great time to exercise mind, body and soul!
