Winter chills!

Now is the time of year when we are exposed to colds and 'flu, the weather can be cold and wet, and our immune systems may be at a low ebb. Here are a few strategies you can use to help stave off viruses in the initial stages.

Eat wholesome natural foods, and drink pure alkaline water, herbal teas and fruit and vegatable juices, this will help to detox your body and thereby prevent the risk of more serious health problems.

Take vitamin C powder (it is more quickly and easily absorbed than tablets) every 2 hours.

Andrographis (an Indian Ayurvedic herb) has a long term beneficial effect in boosting your immune system.

Get enough sleep (7 to 8 hours each night)

Make time for you, sit by a warm fire and read a good book, listen to some restful music....relax.
