What better on a crisp winter morning than a brisk walk!
It will not only awaken your senses for the day ahead but will also clear your lungs and fill your body with oxegenated fresh air, (Try to choose a park or beach to avoid traffic fumes)

Walking with your partner or a friend can double the pleasure and help you both to avoid problems such as weight gain, stroke and heart disease, and increase your fitness and wellbeing.
