Singing The Praises Of Wheatgerm Oil

As we grow older our skin becomes drier and cries out for some "tender loving care," especially in the dry windy days we are experiencing at present, and in the hot summer days to come.

I have recently discovered the wonderful benefits of Wheatgerm oil. it is a strong antioxident and is rich in vitamins A, E, and D helping to repair dry, cracked and damaged skin, and soothing any irritation.

Being quite sensitive to heat in storage it is best kept in the fridge and has a shelf life of about 6 months if stored this way.

Tip: Wheatgerm oil is also great to tame dry frizzy hair, but use it sparingly!
