Standing Tall!

How often do we think about our posture? If you look around you will see many people walking a little bent forward either by habit or to alleviate pain, or as if deep in thought.

Did you know that poor posture when sitting, standing or walking can lead to back and neck pain, shallow breathing and can even lower your mood?

So stand tall and straight, be proud of your height, it will add to your charisma, the way others perceive you, and increase your health and wellbeing.

And even if your day is going badly, don't forget to smile: you will be amazed at how many smiles you will get in return!
