The No Diet Way To Manage Your Weight

Spring is now upon us here in the southern hemisphere, and for most of  us it may mean a good look at regaining that beach ready figure and losing a kilo or two. I am no exception, having enjoyed the warming soups, casseroles along with lashings of freshly baked bread, followed by filling desserts from time to time throughout the winter months.

I find diets difficult to adhere to, but here are two strategies which I have tried which have worked for me (along with a little exercise)

1. Sixteen hour fasting.  This involves limiting meals to an eight hour period each day. This easy fast can without decreasing your food intake help to decrease weight gain, and benefit your health. Don't forget to include five servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit in your daily meal intake.

2. Eat only one meal a day (your evening meal), and substitute other meals with any amount of apples any time you feel hungry. Drink only water (filtered) or herbal teas throughout the day.

As with any new eating regime, please consult your Health Care Practitioner before proceeding.

Enjoy your new slimmer self and increased feeling of wellbeing!
