Share Your Gifts

This year has begun with so much "doom and gloom" with the global financial crisis, wars and unrest, as well as the ever growing environmental concerns and climate change!

It would be easy to sink into a feeling of hopelessness and despair, but every individual has something good to give to the planet.

Value the gifts and talents you have been given, however small they may seem for they are precious. Share them every day with as many people as you can, for in doing so you will yourself feel uplifted and revitalized: cherish each moment of your life for that moment will never return.

Increase Your Resistance To Disease With Alkaline Water

Did you know that an acid - alkaline imbalance in your body can lead to depression and increased stress, and over long periods to more serious diseases such as arthritis, digestive problems and even cancer?

Most western diets contain processed foods, meats, cordials and many other acid producing foods. So how can we help prevent this acidity in our bodies?

Life's Little Secrets No. 23

Find Your Inner Child

I was asked recently "what is the most important thing in our lives?"
Without a doubt love tops my list, but childlike happiness comes a close second!

Have you ever watched a child on a cold windy day spread their arms and run with joy and laughter, or when confronted with rain puddles run into them to splash and play, or toss fallen leaves in the air?

Find your happiness in little things, and see life with joy through the eyes of a child.

Happy New Year

As we enter a brand New Year I like to look back at the things from the previous year which really stand out in my mind. To note the happy moments, and importantly to assess the things I have learned, and store them in the "Treasure Chest" in my mind, where I can refer to them whenever the need arises. Even better you may wish to actually record them in your journal along with your good resolutions for the coming year.

May 2009 see all your dreams and goals fulfilled.

I wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year.
