Laughter!

I believe that laughter is one of the best things you can indulge in to help improve your health each and every day. Did you know that statistics show children laugh on average 300 times a day, and adults only 17!!

Here's a quote which I came across recently to start you off on the path to more smiles and laughter.

Observations and insights from a 2nd grade child.
Question: If you could change one thing about your Mum, what would it be?
Answer: She has this wierd thing about me keeping my room clean and tidy. I'd get rid of that.
I'd also make my Mum smarter, so she'd know it was my sister who did it and not me.
I would also like for her to get of those invisible eyes in the back of her head.

Foods To Help Your Memory

As we mature our memories can become less than co-operative in retaining and accessing the information we need.

Forgetfulness can also be the result of too much stress, as can clumsiness.

Eat more oily fish (salmon and sardines are great). Most nuts and seeds contain vitamin E, which helps to feed your brain. The best are walnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds. The herbs Brahmi and Gingko may also give your memory a boost.
