Exercise and increase your energy!

One of my favourite exercises is aquarobics. The benefits for my body are amazing, but my mind and my emotions gain as well, and I leave the pool relaxed and with a smile on my face. It's also a great way to meet new friends, and you can participate all year round.
Whichever exercise you choose make sure it's one you enjoy and multiply it's benefits tenfold!

Hints for a long and healthy life

7 things to do every day to help extend your life

1. Drink a glass of fresh juice (click here for juicing information )
2. Exercise for 30 minutes
3. Eat salads and raw vegetables
4. Enjoy a little sunshine
5. Take a vitamin and mineral capsule
