Many people suffer from the occasional headache. Instead of reaching for a pain relief pill try this technique for a drug free alternative. When you feel a headache developing (or even when you already have one), close your right nose cavity with your finger, (this may take a little practice), now use your left nose cavity to breathe, and you will find in about five minutes your headache will go.
For fatigue simply reverse the process by closing your left nose cavity and using your right nose cavity to breathe. After a while you will find your mind will be refreshed.
