Healthy Hints

A Happy New Year! Well maybe it's a little late, but nonetheless sincere.

After the festive season we may be feeling a little less than our best, and may have gained a kilo or two as well. Unfortunately New Year resolutions regarding a more healthy diet may soon fade as the year progresses, and we become disheartened and simply give up!

Did you know that just by drinking filtered alkaline water, and natural fresh juices along with a healthy diet, and a little exercise such as walking or swimming will help melt away excess weight and flush toxins from your body.

During the pre-menopausal and menopausal years, (age 40 onwards), it is especially important to drink sufficient good quality water, (approximately 2 litres a day) as we de-hydrate more quickly at this time of major change in our lives.
