Winter Walks

Since returning from my trip to Queensland, Sydney's early winter weather has been cool and crisp, and just perfect for a brisk walk on the beach or in the bush.

Walking is one of the best forms of exercise - the open air invigorates and refreshes, and I have found the added benefits of improved circulation, and an increase of all over body strength. It is also great for lifting low mood and depression and clearing your mind.
