The Frustration Factor
How often we feel the frustration of unaccomplished goals, impossible deadlines and insufficient time in our lives to complete the daily round of seemingly unending tasks.
We put out our requests to God or the Universe for help, which seems not to be forthcoming and hence frustration sets in.
But, consider - there is always a reason for delays, though at the time we may not be aware of them.
Be patient: patience and trust will always reap their reward in the long term and along the way insights and lessons will be revealed which will ease frustration, making the wait well worth while.

Help Prevent Illness With A Positive Outlook
So much is written about curing illness, whereas the secrets of preventing disease are sometimes overlooked.
We have been blessed with the ability of intelligent thought , but how often do our minds seek out negative outcomes such as "I will lose my job" or "My relationship will fall apart."
Let your mind focus on loving positive thoughts, live each day as if it is your last with joy in your heart and feel your health and well-being soar to new heights.
Eat natural nutritionally dense foods to nourish your mind and body, and exercise in the fresh air every day to increase your immunity and strengthen yourself on all levels.

Soul Garden
How do you see your inner self, or yourself as a spiritual being? Sit quietly, close your eyes and imagine your soul as a garden. Look carefully at what is growing there. Is it weed ridden or is it planted with beautiful flowers, loved and tended every day?
Your intuition will tell you of it's status. To connect with your inner self, imagine uprooting and discarding any weeds or rubbish and re-planting with brightly coloured, sweetly perfumed flowers, (pure thoughts), kindness, and consideration for all beings, and experience the difference this will make to your outlook, your happiness, and your well-being.
Over time watch your garden flourish under this continual loving care, and you will find that it will become a joy to visit on a daily basis.
